Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles expenses claims, travel arrangement and errands for General Manager
  • Answering, and screening incoming calls
  • Maintain proper filling system and proper record keeping of information
  • Handling the office improvement projects, planning and implementing office systems, layouts and office policies
  • Plans and schedules weekly inspection on the office facilities to identify and implement maintenance works, perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of the office space
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions such as pantry refreshment, stationers, courier services and cleaning tools/equipment
  • Assist HR department in office celebrations/ events
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by the superior

Qualifications
-
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of work experience in secretarial, admin coordination and/or operations support.
  • IT literacy with good skill on using MS words, Power Point and Excel and able to generate Business Intelligence report using SAP System.
  • Well organized and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Tactful and serviceoriented individual who possess initiative, strong planning skill in managing schedules and delivering deadlines
  • Trustworthy, efficient, resourceful and good stakeholder skills
