JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify upsell opportunities and craft the strategy and offers to maximize customers value and drive incremental subscription revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute the monthly base/channel activities including the base segmentation, journey design and optimization for upselling campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing to execute strategic/tactical marketing plans include gotomarket, ATLs and BTLs.
  • Work closely with Sales team to optimize campaign performance including values proposition, narratives, challenges etc.
  • Collaborate with data team to develop and enhance the base management/upsell model to drive better retention and conversion.
  • Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing customer, viewership and campaign insights.
  • Deliver campaign/performance report and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Driven to understand customer and market needs, tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant Power BI Tools.
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and proactive.
