You will provide insights via gathering on-the-ground employees' and clients' feedback around the assigned sites as well as executing clients' launches and roll-outs.


  • Supporting the Operations Manager with the daily operations and processes for running sites across their region.
  • Taking a handson approach to performance delivery, including thorough performance analysis, and store & site visits.
  • Running operational surveys with support from the operational team to gather operational insights on the ground.
  • Identifying areas for operational improvement based on your insights, operational understanding, and clients' feedback.
  • Recommending operational & performance strategies to the Operations Manager.
  • Executing store rollouts for our clients, including setting up the operations for a flawless launch process.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager to correspond the inquiries from the respective clients with regard to the store & site performance.
  • Knowledge in foreign wokers management and experience in cleaning services is a must.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
