HR Foreign Payroll Administrator

To ensure complete Monthly Payroll in an accurate and timely manner for White
- and Blue-Collar Staff via the Boss Net (Time Management) system.
Liaise with relevant authorities, including Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Jabatan Imigresen,, Bomba, OSHA, Goverment Agencies as and when required.
Assist dealing with agent and Immigration Department of Malaysia in handling workers permit and requisition of workers from overseas by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
Assist with HR correspondence such as appointment letter, promotion letter, transfer letter, staff performance, misconduct and attendance.
To manage administration functions of the company.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Dip/Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Studies or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Payroll in BOSSNET SYSTEM
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels within organization, strong assessment and influencing skills
- Independent and self driven
- Willing to work at Subang Bestari Shah Alam
- Able to start work immediately
- Possess own transport
- Preferably from Manufacturing background

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
