HR Operations Coordinator

This position is to be filled internally for our company Terra Asia Global Business Support Services and the office location is central in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate and maintain relationships with our clients both local and foreign
  • Coordinate visa and work permit process of foreign nationals and all other related documentation, promptly respond to request as required, proactively provide services, and ensure good services experience with clients
  • Compilation and submission of all related documents related for business licensing
  • Compile and scan all related receipts and assist the team with invoicing and follow-up when necessary
  • Maintain and regularly update respective data base system of client development mobilisation/demobilisation
  • Prepare submission for all related documents for business licensing complaint services and follow-up with the necessary departments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, document control and continual improvement of the quality management system of the company.
  • Handle all HR related matters with mínimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Preferably with minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field or HR/Office Support administration skills, handling a full spectrum of HR roles
  • Strong time management skills, well organised and motivated to exceed expectations
  • Communicate professionally and adapt good communication skills to meet our clients' needs
  • Good command of English and Bahasa both written and spoken
  • Able to work as a team, independent and proactive
  • Good computer knowledge Microsoft office, E-mail writing skills, Power Point and other multiple systems.
