Job Responsibility
Motivate, lead and spearhead the sales team in achieveing the overall sales target.

  • Identify, assess and define market opportunity on products requirement, customer requirement in order to create business opportunities.
  • Maintain rapport with existing customer and ensure all their needs and requirement are met accordingly.
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly sales plan versus actual and provide regular update to the management.
  • Develop new market and customer in order to increase the sales bottom line.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor status with regards to company market position and analyze company strenght and weakness.
  • Work closely with finance regard to customer payment and follow up with that customer which is delay payment.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, answering questions.
  • Review monthly sales forecast and improve through corrective actions and recommendation and provide timely sales report to management on regular basic.
  • Any other related work assign by the superior from time to time.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
