Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Coordinate administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.
  • Ensure smooth daytoday operations by resolving administrative issues promptly.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Address employee queries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization through announcements, newsletters, or other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support crossfunctional initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR operations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
