Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to achieve company goals in Malaysia.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences in the local market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Malaysia.
  • Managing and leading a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Setting and monitoring sales targets and financial objectives in Malaysia.
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards in Malaysia
  • Representing the company in negotiations, meetings, and events with government officials, industry associations, and other relevant parties in Malaysia
  • Managing budgets, expenses, and financial resources effectively in Malaysia.
  • Providing regular reports, updates, and analysis to senior management regarding the company's operations in Malaysia.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree or certifications in management or leadership is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven leadership and global insights of management skills with the ability to maximize team performance and development, set longterm targets and communicate them to others.
  • Excellent at relationship and management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders, suppliers.
  • A deep understanding of the Malaysian market, including its business practices, customs, regulations, and industry trends.

A willingness to travel within Malaysia and internationally, as required for business meetings, networking, and industry events, may be necessary.

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
