Supervise the processing of travel and expense claims.

  • Maintain systematic and current filing systems.
  • Execute clerical duties such as duplicating and dispatching documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights and hotels.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure timely processing of monthly billing for payments.
  • Assist with general receptionist duties, including basic office tasks.
  • Utilize XERO/SQL Accounting Software proficiently if feasible.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline administrative processes.
  • Update and manage company records and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and promptly follow up on administrative matters.
  • Ensure smooth daytoday operations and address issues promptly.
  • Utilize computer systems to organize and manage information effectively.
  • Provide support to the director in refining administrative systems and policies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
