Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting background screening verification of prospective employees based on the scope of work provided for clients in the timely manner.
  • Persistently finds the appropriate source to verify information.
  • Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC.
  • Submit the interiM/Final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided.
  • Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
  • Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa.
  • Local (Malaysian) only.
  • Minimum 1 (one) year experience in a related field or Customer Service / Call Center would be a great advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication skills by demonstrating strong verbal & written communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties
  • Attentive to details and accuracy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
