Brief summary of Position
To manage and coordinate the certification process until the certificates and transcripts are endorsed by the related parties and sent to the students/picked up by students.
Main Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for the graduation form process in the CMS and update each process as it takes place
Prepare documents for submission of attestation to:
- Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia
- Embassies
- Coordinate with related units or departments to update and correct the information in the certificates (if required)
- Request from Finance
- Petty cash/cash advance
- Clearance of cash advance
- Handle matters faced by the graduated students
- Courier endorsed certificates to students.
- Update daily task in the Staff Portal
- Take up tasks assigned by Superior as needed
- Fluent in Arabic Language speaking and writing
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
From RM2,200.00 per month
