**Job Description

  • Develop a strategic network plan to optimize the capacity and coverage of Mercedes-Benz retail distribution network; aligning to our retail transformation strategy.
  • Collaborate crossfunctional department (Sales, Customer Service, Financial Services) to ensure seamless integration of strategies and projects.
  • Crafting engaging presentations that visually convey complex strategies, capturing high level stakeholders buyin.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, collaborate with retail partners to achieve our ambition for a carbon neutral retail network.
  • Support all Network Development initiatives and projects.**Who We're Looking For:
  • Strong strategic orientation, structured, Big Picture thinker.
  • An analytical wizard with the ability to crunch numbers and extract meaningful insights.
  • A proactive planning with strong sense of timeline and project management.
  • A strong collaborator and team player for problem solving.
  • Presentation Pro: You know how to create slides that captivate inform and influence at all level.
  • Good business acumen, ideally within automotive industry or from consulting background.

Qualifikationen:

  • Minimum degree holder
  • Proficiency in English language (native / bilingual)
  • Professional PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
