Responsibilities:

  • Make preparations for onboarding staff.
  • Prepare ID card for new joiners.
  • Prepare welcome kit during staff onboarding including enrolling into attendance system.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, collecting company property and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Monitor and keep track of company uniform distribution.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries and provide necessary information or escalate issues to the HR Team as needed.
  • Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries and facilities communication between employees and benefits providers.
  • Assist in doing employment pass and working permit.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
  • Assists with planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Update and monitor staff medical claims.
  • Prepare summary report and upload file for EM Part Timer.
  • Prepare summary report for outsource claim & part timer.
  • Ensure approval is completed for Finance payment processing.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Admin.
  • Have own transport as may need to travel for work purposes.
  • Good communication skills.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
