Responsibilities:

  • Managing feedback, complaints, and liaise with backend support to resolve merchants' issues.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Troubleshoot and creating a report for volume of customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
  • Basic excel skills management for reporting purposes
:

  • Five (5) days working in a week (including Saturday or Sunday WFH) on rotational
  • Working hour 10am 7pm
  • Prior working experience in Fintech, Payments, or Bank industry.
  • At least 12 years of experience as a Customer Support or Customer Service.
  • Open to fresh graduates (training provided).

Job Types:

Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
