  • Any experience or education that related in IT related field
  • Available to working in
    24 hours rotational shift

Fresh graduate with
basic IT related field are welcome

  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
  • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software

Responsibility

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.

Working timing:

  • Rotational shift
  • 12 hours/per day
  • 4 Working days
  • 3 Off day

Working location:

  • Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur (nearby Bukit Bintang area)

Benefits

Remuneration Package

  • Basic: RM2,000
  • RM2,500
  • Standby allowance
  • Attendance allowance
  • Overtime allowance

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
