【具体的な職務内容】
IT関連のシェアードヘルプデスク/ヘルプデスクとして、グループ企業ならびに大手企業様からの問い合わせ(BtoB)に対応して頂くお仕事です。
▼PCのトラブルやソフトウェアについてのお問い合わせに対応します。「パスワードが分からなくなってしまった」「アップグレードが上手くいかない」といったSOSに、電話やメールで回答。お問い合わせを1件受けるごとに、対応内容を記録します。
▼ITスキル「タイピングが問題なくできる」「Word・Excelを使って書類作成ができる」レベルでOK。入社後トレーニングがあります。

■シフト勤務:7am-7pm/7pm-7am (4勤3休、3勤4休)
