A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
We at OLIVER (An In-House Marketing & Advertising Agency) are in need of a Campaign Partner. This individual plays a crucial role in one of OLIVER's major global accounts, a leading global retail company. The Campaign Partner is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective direction and control throughout.

Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, the Campaign Partner serves as the primary communicator on project status, risks, and challenges.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Collaborating closely with a global fashion client to deliver successful projects and products
  • Participating in team efforts to secure new business
  • Strengthening existing client partnerships to drive business growth
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams and developers
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns with clear and regular communication on milestones, targets, and goals
  • Planning and executing digital & print projects from start to finish
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout projects
  • Evaluating work processes and suggesting improvements
  • Reviewing project resources to ensure they align with project needs
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements by all involved parties
  • Monitoring project finances and communicating budget updates to stakeholders
  • Handling multiple products and service channels across six platforms

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Exceptional client engagement skills with the ability to influence clients and build strong relationships
  • Expertise in campaign management as the key player working with clients
  • Overseeing the successful launch and execution of campaign plans with stakeholders
  • Conducting clear, efficient project meetings using a structured methodology
  • Tailoring communication skills for different audiences
  • Mentoring junior team members effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing service technologies
  • Experience in European markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Extensive experience in various areas including Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, UX-UI, Artwork, Production, and Automation
