HR Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Planning HR and administration activities annually.
- Setting, monitoring and achieving HR targets.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and exit procedures.
- The incumbent personnel will oversee and lead the overall human resource in the sensemaking of organization's strategic and operational environment.
- Handle full spectrum of HR function & Admin function.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Must have HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and Admin especially in recruiting processes to understand the right processes.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM7, RM13,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
