As a Technical/System Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients are proficient in using our system solutions effectively.

If you are passionate about technology, possess strong communication and training skills, and have in-depth knowledge of technical systems, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the Systems Training.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest system features and updates to provide relevant training.
  • Provide technical support to trainees during and after training sessions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights for product improvement.
  • Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
