**Training**
- Identify company’s training needs through employee’s appraisal and recommendation from Head of Departments and ensure the implementation of training plans which will ensure the appropriate level of expertise to meet current and future needs of Company.
- Maintain and update training records and database to ensure that training requirements are provided and competency gaps closed out within a prescribed period.
- Provide administrative support as may be needed by the trainers / training providers during conduct of training.
- Analyze and process training data / evaluation to generate information useful for the continuous improvement of employee development initiatives.
- Assist the line managers to identify both interpersonal and technical training needs for their areas in order to produce annual training plan which is consistent with the Company’s need and objectives
- Introduce, maintain, update and implement training evaluation methods to ensure the continued effectiveness of the training and recommend changes as required.
- Maintain contacts with training provider/organization/associations for the purpose of keeping abreast of new training & developments, courses and seminars relevant to the industry.
- To ensure training requirement for renewal of KDN license is fulfill as per regulation.
- To ensure the HRDF administration and requirements are fulfill and HRD Fund is maintain accordingly.

**Employee benefits and Administrative**
- To handle medical benefit of employees inclusive of inpatient and outpatient.
- Medical check up arrangements for new joiner, contract staff and training purposes.
- Process of medical claim reimbursement.
- Process of invoice from medical provider.
- Maintain the movement record of the employees to ensure TPA record is updated.
- Assist on the arrangement of official meeting or event.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time by time.
- Arrangement of password for ESS of the employee.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good written and spoken English / Malay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
