  • To handle production process arrangement, manpower backup & etc.
  • To conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators.
  • To participate and assist in audit inspection process of JAKIM, VHM, ISO 22000 and customers & suppliers' audit.
  • To report findings of noncompliance and improvement areas to the Management.
  • Incharged of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
  • Responsible to maintain good QC and production records.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
  • In charge of the operation by managing and supervising a group of subordinates to ensure smooth running of daytoday operation.
  • Plan, direct and manage operation to achieve the desire optimum production output and quality at the lowest cost.
  • Execution management quality policies, procedure and/or processes to ensure high standards of product quality.
  • Improve and enhance the efficiencies in the production line to meet delivery schedules to customers.
  • Responsible for maintenance of machineries and equipment's to ensure high productivity, smooth running with minimum interruptions.
  • Manage proper food safety, products quality and hygiene to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Ensure plan and employees' safety & health comply to government requirements.
  • Delegate and control work activities, set goals and overseeing the training /development needs of the staff.
  • Provide ongoing performance review, guidance and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare production report and update to the management periodically.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
