Main responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls
Solving customer's enquiries or complaints regarding products or services
Promoting current promotion or package to the call-in customers (when chance arise)
Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
Remunerations:
Basic salary up to RM4000
Quarterly incentives RM800 - RM1800 max
Shift allowance RM350 fixed
Other allowance:
transport allowance, meal allowance, language allowance, OT claims and etc
Requirements:
Fresh graduate Degree holders are welcome
SPM and Diploma holders with call center experiences are encouraged to apply
Call center experiences in banking line is added advantage
