Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with sellers and identifying the sellers' needs, clarifying information researching issues, and providing solutions.
  • Ensure all procedures and communications are compliant with the company's overall policy
- with the company's overall policy.

  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that company offer to prospects
  • All interations must be documented and may also need to be entered into our CRM system
  • Helping resolve sellers' queries for Marketing Solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in Telemarketing.
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma and Degree can apply.
