Responsibilities:

  • Support overall seller onboarding process, which includes but is not limited to seller cold call approach, seller online and offline recruitment, onboarding SOP modification and social media management etc.
  • Actively support sellers' daily operation, such as operation questions via social media, questions concerning platform and policy explanations etc.
  • Summaries a certain level of different topic to train overall SMB sellers, topics include merchant selections, pricing strategy, marketing strategy and promotion etc.
  • Assist seller acquisition/incubation manager to carry out improvement plans and work with cross functional teams, such as Product, Logistic and Marketing etc,
  • Outstanding case summary with material preparation, and broadcasting across media to raise the impact of TikTok Malaysia on different social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 3 months.
  • Good at dealing with multiple cases at one time and good communication skills across different departments
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
  • English proficiency is a must.
