Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing software, hardware, or network issues.

  • Log and track support tickets using helpdesk software, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT personnel or vendors for further investigation and resolution.
  • Educate users on software and hardware usage, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and updates to provide effective support and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for users seeking assistance.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
