Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure there are zero pending cases from the team leader and Telesales queues in CRM
- Establish work priorities according to the urgency of the cases and liaise with agents to
- Guide, coach,ed and managed inappropriate creation of cases by the agents
- Ensure relevant processes and procedures are adhered according to cases
- Monitor, suggest and continuously improving department's processes and product awareness
- To implement and recommend elements that can contribute to the improvement of agents'
- To submit the daily operations reporting to the client/internal management
- Assist to monitor/manage Real-Time agents' call
- Ability to work extra hours if required
- To cross support the Operations within the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to read/write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work independently and as a tea
Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
