Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure there are zero pending cases from the team leader and Telesales queues in CRM
system

  • Establish work priorities according to the urgency of the cases and liaise with agents to
monitor the cases in a database

  • Guide, coach,ed and managed inappropriate creation of cases by the agents
  • Ensure relevant processes and procedures are adhered according to cases
  • Monitor, suggest and continuously improving department's processes and product awareness
  • To implement and recommend elements that can contribute to the improvement of agents'
case escalations

  • To submit the daily operations reporting to the client/internal management
  • Assist to monitor/manage Real-Time agents' call
  • Ability to work extra hours if required
  • To cross support the Operations within the team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to read/write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work independently and as a tea

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
