JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION:
- General human resource duties including recruitment, processing company payroll and leave record.
- Develop, implement & maintain HR guidelines/policies.
- Coordinating with relevant departments & manage employee movement/changes to ensure smooth transition.
- Acting as a training administrator, source and conduct training programs.
- Liaison with statutory department like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF etc.
- Prepare documentation such as Employment Contract, Offer Letter, Memo & Confirmation/Termination Letter.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
