Job Descriptions:

  • Categorize chatbot conversations based on guidelines
  • Group text to enhance chatbot efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues for improvement
  • Identify data issues and trends
  • Assist in tool and document maintenance
  • Be a adaptable team player
  • Undertake special projects as needed
  • Perform assigned duties by Management

Requirements:

  • 1+ year contact center experience
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Excellent business writing and logical thinking
  • Typing and grammatical skills
  • Independent working capability
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Consistent teamwork
  • Adaptability to fast changes

Salary Range:

  • RM2,200RM2,500

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
