Job Descriptions:
- Categorize chatbot conversations based on guidelines
- Group text to enhance chatbot efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues for improvement
- Identify data issues and trends
- Assist in tool and document maintenance
- Be a adaptable team player
- Undertake special projects as needed
- Perform assigned duties by Management
Requirements:
- 1+ year contact center experience
- Strong English proficiency
- Excellent business writing and logical thinking
- Typing and grammatical skills
- Independent working capability
- Multitasking and time management
- Consistent teamwork
- Adaptability to fast changes
Salary Range:
- RM2,200RM2,500
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
