HR Assistant

Job description
- Managing daily HR operational actions in line with the Organization procedures and policies.
- Administering of extensions, appointments, reassignments, separations, increments for locally recruited categories of staff members
- Processing of compensation and benefits such as education grant claims, travel requests and leave entitlements
- Providing HR advice and services to WHO employees across the world
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR management and/or administration with completion of secondary school; or 4 years with a relevant first level University Degree or; 3 years with a relevant Advanced University Degree.
- Good analytical and general organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound judgement, integrity and tact when dealing with others.
- Knowledge in ERP/ Oracle system is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing working in CYBERJAYA.
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
