  • In charge of branch daytoday operation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sorting cheque for Pengarah Laut Wilayah Selatan and Ketua Pengarah Kastam
  • Collecting & requesting invoice from vendors
  • Sorting file for vessel
  • Manage branches attendance
  • Handle petty cash
  • Manage office supplies, requesting item from HQ
  • Keyin invoice into system
  • Closing invoice and courier to HQ
  • Assisting queries from account payable dept/account dept/invoicing/GL
  • Sending total port call monthly
  • Collecting information for weekly vessel report update weekly
  • Making shipping claim monthly

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

  • Proficient in written and spoken of English and Malay
  • Computer literate : MS Office, Excel, Words
  • SPM and or working experience as business admin in any fields
  • Able to multitask and work in a face pace environment
  • Able to meet with tight deadlines and schedules
