Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a qualified Helpdesk Administrator to lead our Helpdesk Team. You will be responsible to manage & improve our Helpdesk Operation as well as the Helpdesk System to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To attend and respond to customer queries and to ensure that resolutions or related problems are handled in timely manner and in accordance to performance standards
  • Ensure meeting service targets in achieving service, productivity and quality assurance level.
  • To meet daily targets.
  • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service or problems customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification is Diploma and Degree with a credit in the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Good PC and Internet skills.
  • 6 days work week, able to work rotating shifts.
  • Ability to work well in an team environment.
  • Solid technical background combined with customer service experience
  • Able to manage & improve helpdesk system
  • Ability to establish IT Call Centre if necessary
  • Problemsolving attitude with an ability to motivate your team
  • Project proposal preparation, handling and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing IT Knowledge Base is favourable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with people at all level
  • Team management skills
  • Selfmotivated, dedicated, hardworking & resourceful
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess selfinitiative and willing to work long hours when necessary
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Knowledge in automotive business will be an added advantage
