  • Followup on the issues on a timely manner and ensure the matters are followed through till resolution.
  • Collaborate with warehouse department to resolve issues.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate with key stakeholders when necessary.
  • Ensure communications with Brand Partners and team members are done in an accurate, timely, and effective manner.
  • Participate in company events as and when required.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

  • Education Background:
  • Bachelor Degree in any field

Experience:

  • 2 years of working experience in a customer service industry with sound customer service etiquette. Experience in network marketing industry is a plus.

Require Skill:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Sound command of English and local language.
  • Willing to take on adhoc tasks assigned.
  • A team player, reliable, punctual, and selfmotivated.
  • Multitasking ability is a must.
  • Proficient in computer skills with intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Office tools
