  • Make outbound call to existing and new customers.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
  • Perform data entry and build customers database.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum Degree holder
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Ability to converse in Chinese or Tamil would be added advantage.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computers software i

Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
