1. To perform daily administration task including replying mails, stationary distribution and et cetera.

  • Perform proper filing and managing company documents.
  • Assist on Human Resource Senior by updating the employee monthly time-log and overtime.
  • Monitor the leave and ensure all the employee leave records are accurate.
  • Post job via different platforms and screen all resumes to find the right person for interview.
  • Maintain and update employee personal record and confidential information.
  • Assist and monitor on the office equipment and maintenance which include photostat machine and etc.
  • Performs all other related duties and ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

A. Diploma in Human Resources or other related qualification.

B. At least 1 year working experiences in related field.

C. Possess valid driving license.

D. Strong communication and time management skills.

E. Good common of language in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.

F. 5 working days per week and able to support the operation after working hours / working days.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
