1. Greeting and welcome visitors and direct them to the right person.

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and relay telephone messages.
  • Assist to make overseas, outstation calls whenever necessary.
  • Distribute incoming letters, documents, and fax to the respective person / departments.
  • Daily checking tender invitation via newspaper, website and ect.
  • Assist to raise purchase requisition for purchase of company asset.
  • Make arrangement for booking of all meeting room.
  • Make arrangement with courier service for pick-up / receive of documents / parcels.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area, training room and kitchen.
  • To monitor the office cleaner.
  • Collate and prepare employees attendance report.
  • To serve coffee/tea and refreshment for visitors when the need arises.
  • To prepare food refreshment for meeting / event when required.
  • To reserve parking lot and arrange welcome note for visitors when required.
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
