Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, administer, coordinate, and sourcing training programs with the key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews, measurements, and evaluations of training programs, including instructor performance evaluations, with an immediate report of poor performance of trainers.
  • Prepare reports as required within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure all training documentation and reports are organised and accurately generated, including client letters (CL) as well as the use of the CRM system.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest learning trends, tools, and adult learning methodologies as well as attend the network sessions/training programs.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed and involved in client training and development progress through meetings and discussions.
  • Participate in various events to expand the client pool.
  • Handle any adhoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business or Mass Communication.
  • Possess 12 years of experience in a sales related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking, selfdriven, detailoriented, and proficient in time management.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
