Requirements:

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with other departments and employees.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills are vital to be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.

Attention to Detail:
Attention to detail is essential for data entry, record-keeping, and file management.

Adaptability:

Interns should be able to adapt to changes in the work environment and be able to work efficiently in a team.


Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office automation tools are necessary.

Time Management:
Good time management skills are necessary to complete tasks within the designated time frame.

Problem Solving:
The ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions is essential to HR professionals.

Confidentiality:
HR interns must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.

Ethics:
A strong sense of ethics and professional integrity is necessary for successfully working in the HR industry.

Job Scope (Includes but not limited to):

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR operations with maintaining employee files, processing HR transactions, and handling basic HR inquiries.
  • May support specific HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Opportunity to learn about HR processes and policies and gain valuable work experience in HR administration.
  • May assist with coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking training completion.
  • May assist with maintaining compliance with HR-related laws and regulations by tracking and reporting on HR metrics and tracking policy changes.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
