Create and execute a minimum of 8-12 effective calls per day

  • Keep the Sales and Marketing Manager informed by submitting activity and results via reports such as Monthly Daily Call Plans (MDCP), Weekly / Monthly Work Plans (Itinerary), and Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports with details analysis and recommendations for improvements in terms of services and sales.
  • Ensure punctuality be it to enter the office daily or to meet an appointment set with health professionals or by health professionals
  • Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals/target
  • Remain in compliance with drivers Safety Guidelines and your automobile insurance coverage requirement
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to visit and call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers on the sales floor or by phone.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff and identifying each potential customer's needs.
  • Submit orders by referring to the price list and product literature.
  • Improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and business expansion activities at all times.
  • Highlight customers' business needs and requirements to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, services, support, customer services, marketing, and finance.
  • Record sales information and maintain customers' records. Keeping detailed records of all contacts for review in an organized manner
  • Reaching (and if possible exceeding) sales targets.
  • Regularly attend training, meetings, conferences, and briefing.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/ training, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and other relevant media. Interpreting, presenting, and discussing these data with health professionals during presentations to increase sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of services and products to customers and follow up on services or products once the delivery is complete.
  • Challenge objections to getting the customers to buy a product. Compile objections received daily and seek clarification with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Review selfsales performance monthly with your immediate superior to increase it.
  • Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior (s).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Those with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales
  • B2B/General or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
