Job Description:Manage documentation and filing, records, and data entry to ensure accurate and efficient information management.
- Coordinate delivery and receiving, update stock count, and manage packing materials inventory.
- Verify and process incoming/outgoing invoice documents.
- Support office operations by performing clerical tasks and projects.
- Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process E-commerce/online orders from various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily order fulfillment tasks, including order arrangement and delivery.
- Meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Manage stock orders, office stationery, and maintain service contracts for office equipment.
- Coordinate driver delivery schedules, claims allowance, and payment vouchers.
- Issue cash payment vouchers and assist with HR tasks.
- Handle staff expenses claims, including payment to Touch n Go and petrol card.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required by management.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level or equivalent.
- Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (dealing with product from China).
- Competitive salary range: RM 1800 – RM 2500.
- 5.5 working days per week.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Preferably with experience in administrative work.
- Familiarity with Autocount system is an added advantage.
- Good team player with a sense of responsibility and strong working attitude.
