ADMIN CLERK / ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:

Manage documentation and filing, records, and data entry to ensure accurate and efficient information management.

  • Coordinate delivery and receiving, update stock count, and manage packing materials inventory.
  • Verify and process incoming/outgoing invoice documents.
  • Support office operations by performing clerical tasks and projects.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Process E-commerce/online orders from various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily order fulfillment tasks, including order arrangement and delivery.
  • Meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manage stock orders, office stationery, and maintain service contracts for office equipment.
  • Coordinate driver delivery schedules, claims allowance, and payment vouchers.
  • Issue cash payment vouchers and assist with HR tasks.
  • Handle staff expenses claims, including payment to Touch n Go and petrol card.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required by management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (dealing with product from China).
