Job Summary
Assist in procurement, supplier management, and documentation for a manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in issuing purchase orders and related documents
  • Monitor supplier delivery schedules and verify invoices against purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate store documentation and assist in quotation generation
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and monitor project schedules and production timelines
  • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and maintain a good filing system

Requirements

  • SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Self-motivated and team-player attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and good working attitude
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Language is an added advantage
  • Malaysian nationality preferred
