RESPONSIBILITY:
Handle incoming calls, fax, emails and courier; Assisting in performing reception duties. Providing clerical and administrative support. To coordinate between site and office. To prepare staff claims for HQ and Site expenses. To tabulate general workers' wages. To tabulate overtime. To monitor on the foreign worker passport and permit. To assist on ISO (Document control). Responsible for overall quality system in HR Administration. Responsible to monitor employees' compliance to company rules and regulations, policies and as well as enforcement.

Responsible to identify and analyse training need and coordinate, conducting induction/ orientation programs to new employees, monitor and evaluate the implementation of training programs.

Manage and monitoring the process and inquiries which related to employee benefits (e.g. allowance, leaves, overtime and attendance management).

Prepare all related HR Letters To assist and perform any other related task assigned by the Management and Senior HR & Admin Executive.


REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HRM, or its equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years experience in similar position. Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Malay.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage Computer literate:
Microsoft Excel & Word and familiar with HR2000 i
