  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment by job posting, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • General HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, Singapore labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Infotech systems is preferred.
