Brand Manager

Join our team as a Brand Manager and play a key role in driving the long-term value of our brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that drive brand profitability and volume.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies and plans to achieve commercial objectives and strategy
  • Lead end-to-end brand innovation and campaign development from ideation to launch
  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies and platforms
  • Ensure marketing activities align with brand positioning strategy
  • Implement marketing initiatives to achieve brand objectives
  • Evaluate and develop the position of the brand
  • Manage marketing budget for the brand
  • Analyse market reactions and results of marketing activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in brand/marketing management in FMCG industry
  • Extensive experience working with advertising and media agencies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analysis
  • Innovative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Market-savvy with knowledge of latest trends and consumer demands
  • Action-oriented and persistent with high work capacity and team-oriented
  • Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Proficient in computer software and fluent in English
Job Details:
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5pm, Friday 8:15am - 4pm
