Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree, any field. Proven experience as a recruitment executive or in a similar role, preferably from agency background. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterpart. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented person.
