Job Description:
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain function for overseas, which includesinventory planning & management, 3PL warehouse management, distribution and logistics.
  • Evaluating existing supply chain processes to identify areas that need for optimization and todrive an effective supply chain strategy for continuousimprovement.
  • Recommending and implementing supply chain improvements, as well as documentingprocesses.
  • Own and drive S&OP processes, consensus forecasting and demand supply balancing.
  • Build strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smoothness of newproduct launch through an effective inventory planning and management.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory management strategies to managestock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
  • Responsible to work out replenishment planning and allocation to overseas countries.
  • Negotiate terms with 3PL vendors and freight forwarders to obtain the materials/products intimely and most cost-effective manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify & mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Ensure efficient departmental work process & procedures to optimize work rate & efficiency.
  • Drive the team to meet the KPIs defined by management.
  • Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data to determine supply chain KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-7 years relevant working experience with 3 years experience in peoplemanagement.
  • Strong knowledge in inventory, warehouse and logistics management.
  • Good knowledge in WMS/ERP system.
  • Experienced in freight forwarding and managing 3PL with overseas exposure.
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia are a must.
  • Mandarin speaking will be an advantage as this role is required to deal with Hong Kong market
