Responsibilities:
- According to the brand's overseas market development strategy, responsible for channel development, management, and brand promotion in the Malaysia market.
- Understand the needs of local BEV users, market environment, and competitor dynamics, and formulate market strategies.
- Responsible for business negotiations and transactions with local customers; Responsible for the development, tracking, and relationship maintenance of local customers.
- Good at business negotiation with Thailand agencies, familiar with local culture; It can effectively develop new agency business and promote the long-term and stable growth of agency cooperation.
- Actively cooperate with the work of the department and have a sense of teamwork; Able to efficiently complete the work arrangement of superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, Chinese or local employees are acceptable, and need to travel to the headquarters and Thailand regional subsidiary.
- Work in Malaysia, local market resources, car company marketing experience is preferred, more than 5 years.
- Familiar with international trade, have a clear understanding of the operation process, channel planning, and market demand of local business.
- Have good learning and adaptability, advocate entrepreneurial corporate culture, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about BEV and technology, able to provide an excellent user experience, positive communication, and energetic.
