We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company by leading a passionate Business Development team (POS) to drive acquisition of new merchants in the SME segment to grow our merchants' base.

If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management and B2B sales, this role might be for you.


Key responsibilities:

Innovative Lead Generation:

Utilize a mix of outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals, to uncover new sales opportunities.

Embrace a bold and creative approach to capture potential clients' attention.

Advisory Sales and Deal Closure:
Serve as a trusted advisor to merchants by understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored solutions. Your role involves guiding them to the most suitable option and successfully closing deals.

Collaborating on Risk Management:
Partner with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks that could hinder company expansion. Research and identify potential opportunities in both new and existing markets to foster growth.

Crafting and Delivering Presentations:
Prepare and present compelling pitches to engage potential new clients and secure business opportunities. Communicate effectively with clients to grasp their needs and provide tailored solutions to their challenges.

Managing CRM Activities:
Keep client interactions and activities updated in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to deliver outstanding customer service and support. Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to final implementation.
