Applicants for this position will be based at our office in Bayan Lepas, Penang .

You can increase your earning potential up to RM6000 - RM7000 including a competitive base salary, attractive commissions, and enticing incentives.

As a key player in CTOS organization, you will:

  • Promote products or services, negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry and analysing sales options.
  • Recommend our solutions to clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured and professional way.
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle objections.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Build networks and gain new prospect lists
  • Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards.
  • Maintain and improve professional selling skills and technical knowledge through organization development roadmap
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any field; minimum qualification of SPM.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience .
  • Thorough understanding of sales planning and negotiation techniques.
  • Have a confident and determined sales approach.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, result–oriented, resilient and adept in handling rejection
