Join our team as a Human Resources & Administration Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of HR and administrative skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR and administrative functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage functional areas of Human Resources & Administration, including recruitment, employee welfare, payroll, and employee relationships.
- Design and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company direction and Malaysian regulations.
- Maintain and update employee personal information files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
- Plan, manage, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on HR-related matters.
- Perform administrative duties, including record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage sensitive situations.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
