Job Title: Human Resources & Administration Specialist

Join our team as a Human Resources & Administration Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of HR and administrative skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR and administrative functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage functional areas of Human Resources & Administration, including recruitment, employee welfare, payroll, and employee relationships.
  • Design and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company direction and Malaysian regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee personal information files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
  • Plan, manage, and implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on HR-related matters.
  • Perform administrative duties, including record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage sensitive situations.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
