Sous Chef mesti sentiasa membuat inovasi hidangan yang boleh menarik pelanggan ke restoran.Tanggungjawab UtamaMembangunkan menu yang unik dan bersesuaian dengan masakan untuk menarik pelanggan.Bekerjasama dengan Pengurus Restoran untuk menetapkan harga menu dan aktiviti promosi.Bekerjasama dengan Pengurus Pemasaran dalam mempromosikan menu dalam media sosial dan dalam saluran pemasaran lain.Kekal terkini tentang perkembangan trend dalam industri Makanan dan Minuman.Kekalkan dapur, stor dan ruang dalam dapur dalam keadaan yang memenuhi piawaian syarikat dan peraturan kod kesihatan.Pastikan penyimpanan dan inventori yang mencukupi dan pembelian makanan dan bekalan dibuat dengan vendor yang diluluskan.Mengupah, melatih, menyelia, mentor dan memotivasikan kakitangan dapur.Semak tahap kakitangan untuk memenuhi objektif perkhidmatan, operasi dan kewangan.Membantu dan mengarahkan kakitangan dapur dalam penyediaan makanan, penciptaan, penyaduran dan penghantaran makanan mengikut piawaian.Kenal pasti dan perkenalkan teknik masakan baru apabila perlu.Pastikan makanan disediakan dan lengkapkan sokongan persediaan mengikut keperluan.Memastikan ketepatan, kesegaran dan kualiti hidangan.Melaksanakan dasar kebersihan dan memeriksa peralatan untuk kebersihan.Mereka bentuk resipi baharu, merancang menu dan memilih pembentangan pinggan.Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan layan aduan pelanggan.Berikan sokongan kepada restoran lain dalam kumpulan apabila diminta.Mana-mana tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.

Mempunyai pengetahuan pakar dalam masakan restoran atau organisasi dengan sekurang-kurangnya 4 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan dengan sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun sebagai chef yang menjaga restoran barat.Memiliki kemahiran memasak termasuk penyediaan makanan, gandingan perisa dan amalan terbaik masakan lain.Mempunyai keupayaan untuk membangunkan resipi unik dan mengira kos makanan.Pengetahuan tentang peraturan pengendalian makanan dan kesihatan persekutuan, negeri dan tempatan.Mampu melatih, mengarah dan menyelia kakitangan dapur.Kemahiran kepimpinan yang luar biasa, termasuk motivasi dan penetapan matlamat.Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.Kemahiran pengurusan masa dan organisasi yang baik.Boleh membaca, menulis dan bertutur dalam bahasa Inggeris, dan satu bahasa lain. Tahap profesionalisme dan integriti peribadi yang tinggiSecara amnya, dalam keadaan sihatMemiliki pengetahuan dalam aplikasi Microsoft Office yang merangkumi Words, Excel dan Power Point.
